Arc Logistics - Logistics Management Software
ARC-Logic is an extensive application that integrates all the modules for a logistics company. Some of the latest features include easy data import (MS Excel), multi-user management, instant notifications, to-do widget, live credit and debit widget, Profit/Loss account with date to date reports, complete vehicle analyzer, service & maintenance management, tire management, customizable reports and many more. The following are the modules in the system.
Container Management:
This module deals with container details and has all the basic features like add/edit/delete, plus there is also a data import mechanism deployed which will export data onto the database from MS Excel.
Vehicle Management:
All vehicles and their related details available in this module, complete with vehicle analyzer, service and maintenance management, tire management etc.
Billing & Invoicing:
Multi-Head billing and instant invoicing are some of the main features of this module. Multi-Module integration is also available for this module. All bills and invoices are polled into a central accounts manager.
Accounts:
Integrated accounts with separate cash and bank balance book, payment remainders and notifications, multi-level user interface, Profit/Loss statement, manage vouchers & receipts in a single click, single entry deficit amount calculator, dedicated client & debtor management & loan management.
Human Resources:
Basic employee add/delete/edit, plus dedicated employee role manager. Leave manager, multi-user management, automated salary voucher, auto salary calculator, predefined holiday setup on year/month basis, auto monthly accounting for employees. Attendance based on user login also available.
